History
Founding
In 2013, Dipl.-Ing. Mikhail Oskolkov founded his engineering office in Munich. With a clear vision and solid technical expertise, he laid the foundation for a company specializing in high-quality engineering services.
First Independent Construction Project
Three years later, in 2016, the company moved its headquarters to Bad Reichenhall. The new location provided strategic proximity to key clients as well as an inspiring environment to continue advancing the company’s ambitious projects.
Team Expansion
In 2018, the company became a true family business: family members joined the team, contributing additional expertise and a personal touch to the company’s management. This familial support strengthened the company and played a key role in its continued growth.
Expansion
The year 2020 marked another milestone in the company's history. New employees were hired, growing the team to a total of nine professionals. Additionally, the company entered a new industry sector, impressively demonstrating its spirit of innovation and flexibility.

is the managing director of a successful engineering firm known for innovative solutions and cutting-edge technology. His dedication to the profession was instilled in him by his father. Following in his footsteps, he moved to Germany to lead the business and explore new frontiers in engineering.
